Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 2025

Welcome to DishPlay Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our website and creative services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Use of Our Services

DishPlay provides creative video, photography, and branding services for restaurants and food brands.
You agree to use our website and materials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via email or our official online form.
A project is only considered confirmed once both parties agree to the deliverables and schedule in writing.
Invoices must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe.
DishPlay reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, videos, and photographs produced by DishPlay remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive commercial license to use the final deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients may not resell, alter, or redistribute DishPlay content without prior written consent.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes one round of revisions after initial delivery.
Additional editing, formatting, or adjustments beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity.

5. Limitation of Liability

DishPlay shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of our services or website.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical failures, or client scheduling conflicts).

6. Confidentiality

All client materials, ideas, and communications are treated as confidential.
DishPlay will not share or disclose any client information to third parties except as required to fulfill the service or by law.

7. Termination

Either party may cancel a project prior to the start of production.
Deposits or retainers, if paid, are non-refundable once the pre-production or scheduling process has begun.
DishPlay reserves the right to terminate any agreement if the client breaches these terms or fails to complete payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
